I ordered a $260 prop for our schools prom. I was told it would be shipped before prom. They shipped 1/2 the order &;;;;;;;;;;;; put order fulfilled on the account, when it was NOT as the UPS Tracking states its still awaiting item to be shipped. I have screen shots of this. It was ordered 1.5 mons before prom. Contacted them by live chat for 2 weeks, (also screen shot the conversations) because they wouldnt return call back or emails, and now live chat is turned off, I was told it would be shipped prior to prom. It wasnt, now wont reply to refund emails. User's recommendation: Don’t purchase from here. Others having same issues, look at their FB page.
