Never seen my ordered things

I ordered the safe sound things. They got the money with PayPal. They send me a Tracking Number to follow. My order didn't arrive. UPS didn't know anything about the parcel and gave advice to contact SafeSound Peronal Alarm. I tried to contact the company. I didn't have the feeling that I was taken seriously. Now I think thex played a bad trick on me. User's recommendation: Do not pay anything before your order arrived at your home!!!
