Never reply msg

I am sarawanan. I bought Samsung tablet from Dstore778 . I found some problem on the tablet and complain to them. They ask ask me to resend it then thry promise to replace with new tablet. Until now they didn't reply my msg and replace my tablet which i already paid. Please advice me in this matter tku.
