Never refunded me!

They shipped a cheap gift basket instead of an edible fruit bouquet I ordered. You cant get a hold of them by phone, they dont email back and have auto replies for everything. Eventually through Twitter they told me they would refund1/2 of what I paid. So basically they are making me pay for the item I never ordered. Who does that? That is straight up stealing. Its been 5 days and still no refund. User's recommendation: No do not but from them. Call a florist nearby to where you want it to be delivered.
