Ordered flowers and paid the extra to be delivered on May 13 Mothers day. They never received. Called them to cancel and of course there is no one to talk to directly only the live chat after wasting an hour for them to say that they have no authority to refund or do anything so why are they answering a phone? Would not give me a number to talk to some one directly. What a scam this is, They did say they were sorry but it being Mothers Day they were really busy. So I guess I pay for them not being prepared for the busiest day.
