Never recieved platinum benefits that I paid for

I purchased the platinum membership for my Husband on 2/14/20. He can not access it through the app, we've gone in and talked to associates at 3 different stores. Everyone stated they would handle it. Here it is 4 months later and nothing!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
