I received an e-mail September 10 about my order received from party city I never received my package I tried to make a claim with ups they said I couldnt the party city should be the one making the claim. I wasnt able to call earlier because I was at the hospital but my husband was home and he said we never received any package from party city I went to see my charge on my credit card and they Barely charge me on September 10 please help with this order thank you
