I still never got Noncontact after 2 weeks. At first a got a email saying they got my question now nothing.Getting more pissed by the minute .Had a skiing trip tomorrow that I was going to use this for ,now I dont have a working one. Chad User's recommendation: Dont call them u will. Ever get a actual person.
