Never received ring
Ordered ring on 7/1/18, they took my $9.95 on 7/2/18 and never received anything, emailed them after the 10-12 weeks shipping they claim is "normal" and said I want a refund. Emailed me back saying the original got lost in transit, this sometime happens, will send another one and I should receive it in 4 weeks, well that was Saturday, 1/5/19 and still nothing.
