I jumped through hoops to fulfill every detail of their submission process- spent hours. I had to send things through the mail, create an online account, etc. I was notified that I was approved to receive my "reward" and would get a follow-up email in 2 weeks to claim my $250. I never got the follow-up email. I've written to the company repeatedly and to date have received no response. Does Acuvue really think this is the way to reward loyal customers? Place out. Switching brands. Don't fall prey to this scam. User's recommendation: Acuvue Rebate is a SCAM.
