Late November 2017, I ordered the 'Home for the Holidays' Palette with brush included during a sale period on the site as I need to purchase with the conversion rates in mind. As time passed and I received no updates about my order other than they had taken the payment, I began emailing the company with varied success in terms of getting a response. Something of a pattern with this company. A number of times when I did make contact I was told of delays and promised an update/tracking information for my order. Nothing came from them and I have consistently had to be the one to chase them down for good they have taken my money for. It is now almost July of 2018 and I still have neither the products or refund, as I requested in my last email to them which has again been met with silence. The way this has (not) been handled is appalling and I have serious doubts if I'll ever see the money I gave them ($41USD) again. Avoid this brand if you value your money.
