Never received product! Emails to request refund have gone unanswered.

After we paid thru PayPal they informed that the product was out of stock and they would ship when it came in. I asked to cancel and they informed me they could not cancel the order. I persisted and they said they can only refund 70% then they quit corresponding at all. User's recommendation: Don't buy from them.
