I ordered a DVD Proximity on Dec 15 for a Christmas present for my son and have yet to receive DVD. I paid using my PayPal account. I have yet to recieve the DVD nor a refund if they are unable to fulfill order. I have emailed the customer service 3 times and called 3 times leaving a message which included my call back number. I have received no response from the company either through their customer service email or a return call. The only information I have gotten was from their website stating order was shipped- there was no shipping date ; no tracking number; no information to follow up on.... NOTHING !!! Order is #4249 . I am considering contacting PayPal to report if I do not hear back from anyone in the next couple of days !!!!
