Never received parts have not gotten a response for a refund

I made multiple orders got everything except for my 15 piece suspension. I have emailed their customer support with no response back and its been a week. I would like to order a new kit but I need the refund. I will give it a few more days to respond. If they don't respond I'll probably never order from them again
