Never received order – RUNNISTORE

I ordered from runnistore on Shopify on 12/27/17 and never received a tracking number for my shipment. They did take my money, though. I've emailed them numerous times, with no response. I also called, but the "voicemail" is full. Ridiculous. I want a full refund, I do not want my order as I ended up ordering from a more reputable store - i.e. Walmart.
