Never received my refund!!!

I ordered a gown on July 21, 2020.August 3, which was good. The dress had a some spots on it and it was a cream color gown, I contacted nc gowns and told them I would be sending it back. I sent gown back >;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I sent gown back on August 10 by UPS I sill have receipt. I have not received my refund as of today. I am also PISSED!!! User's recommendation: Do not order from this company. I sitll have not received my refund. They have my gown and my $243.00.
