Never received my red magnetic charger

So I ordered a red magnetic charger from 5econds website and after waiting several weeks, I had not received it. So I contacted customer service, which has no phone number, so it had to be email. I got a message back saying that from then on my order number was 1663**** and that they wanted me to put that number to the top of the message they sent me and send it back to them. I know right! Total play for more time. Then I emailed them again and got a message saying that due to Covid-19 that I would get it in a couple of weeks. That all started in March. I've yet to get anything. And get this, they sent me a text saying that they had not heard back from me in a while and that if I ordered anything again, I'd get 15%off. Total B. S. I've looked all over the internet for a phone number and the internet will not direct me to a number for 5econds. Matthew Brown 702-695-**** User's recommendation: Don't order from this company.
