My order number is HSS1509. I placed an order with your company a month ago and have not received anything. I have sent two emails to get the status of my order with no response. I want a full refund for my purchase including the shipping costs since it was never shipped. If I don't receive a refund within 24 hours, I will be contacting the better business bureau and also my credit card company to reverse the transaction and file a formal complaint against your company.
