I ordered 3 necklaces back in January and never received my merchandise even though I tracked it down and they said it had been delivered. I’ve checked with all my neighbors none of them have it. Or saw it. I have emailed this company multiple times and all I get is ridiculous answers “wait a little longer” I think 45 days or so is enough. I have asked someone to call me cause I can’t find your phone number - how convenient! I have asked for a full refund to be paid back to my PayPal account several times and nothing yet.
