Never received my ACH PAYMENT transfer funds

I had a direct deposit go through on February 7th that took 11 business days to be verified business days. On the 23rd the day of verification should have been completed I never received it. It's through Dave mobile banking for humans but there sister company is evolve Bank and Trust I have tried every day to get my payment I have all my emails to prove this I am very VERY FRUSTRATED they keep giving me the run around now the company it came from with no problem emailed me the proof it went through
