I purchased $220 in products (1 sweat pant plus zip 1 hoodie). I returned both the same day unworn for a refund and they never refunded my money. It's been over 2 months since I returned the items. They won't help me over the phone at all. Their items run large. I purchased size xs but it was still too big. I'm a size 2. Measurements 34-24-36. The items didn't look like they did on the model. They looked sloppy on me, saggy butt, overly long hoodie, sloppy arms. I have a BIG butt but it looked flat and ugly in the pants. It would have looked ok in a smaller size but they don't sell smaller than xs.
