Never received materials

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Order was placed in May. Last tracking showed item was in Los Angeles on 6/16 and as of today 6/28 it is now being routed to Jamaica??? Company response was BS, just give it some time. Buyer beware, DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY. User's recommendation: Never order from this company.
