Never received mask I ordered but being charged for them I ordered them some time ago

Set of 5 masks I had ordered They were going to be here this weekend but never got them. I ordered them sometime ago and now I am being charged for them and I do not have them. User's recommendation: I will not order anything else because you get charge for them before you get the product and it is not right.
