Never received item I was promised

When I purchased the glass storage set, the lid to the 4 cup container was cracked. I called requesting a replacement and was promised one. That was over two weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived. User's recommendation: Avoid Pyrex. Buy Anchor Hocking. Better customer service.
