Never received anything to resolve the problem of a faulty pressure cooker

I recently purchased a wolfgang puck pressure cooker from HSN and it totally stopped working. I contacted HSN they said to contact wolf gang puck which I did, they claimed they could not find my order, which is a complete lie. It was an expensive item and they obviously DO NOT back their products. From the reviews I read they NOT a very reliable company. User's recommendation: DO NOT purchase any items from Wolf gang puck or HSN.
