Never received ANYTHING!!

I was given this as a present for Christmas by my daughter. I have never received ANYTHING! it's now the first week in march and still NOTHING! the tracking number provided doesn't tell you anything. I believe this company is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! User's recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY!
