Original review posted by user Feb 04, 2021 I placed an order Jan 25, 2020 and have yet to hear from anyone. I did not receive a confirmation or tracking number but the money was taken out of from account. I can't even cancel the order because they did not send me any information.. I'm going to BBB to file a formal complaint. I want a refund and can't get one. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company.
