Never received a package

Contacted company which shipped my order by Federal Express. Checked tracking number which says delivered but no package. Company told me its going to take days for Federal Express to conduct an investigation. Now Im out $40.00 dollars which doesnt seem like a lot but these days every dollar matters. Ill never buy from them again.
