Update by user Jul 05, 2018 After writing this review I contacted my bank again, and to validate my thoughts of Af24/7 it turns out they have NOT been trying to credit my account for the withdrawal amounts, they have been trying to debit it. So on the phone I went to another pleasant, unhelpful customer service agent who told me I was scheduled for a call from a supervisor. I have been told that same exact line fora week. This time I asked her to put a note in my account that I spoke w my bank and AF24/7 had either made a mistake or was trying to steal my money from my account.Mind you as of writing this I have not received a cent from AF24/7. So in light of the transaction #'s from my bank which clearly shows they went into my account to TAKE NOT GIVE, AF24/7 is ignoring me and not returning my calls. I anticipate a BS form letter response to this on your site, but it's either admit they made a mistake or it's a clear case of bank fraud. At this point I don't even want the loan I was approved for, but being I'm in the state of Virginia and the llaws here are different than Tennessee I imagine AF24/7 will drag it out for 30 days until they can begin w their huge interest rates. So let's just wait and see,my only saving Grace is Citibank ,my bank has logged this info into their fraud provention department and unless the matter is resolved, it stands as they try to fraudulently take money from my account. Then I made attempts to "withdrawal" funds and for one bs reason or another I have yet to see a dime. Every time I call ,I speak w a pleasant, unhelpful , customer service agent who pacifys me w/some bs reason or another. I contacted my financial institution and the reasons they give have turned out to be false. They keep "depositing" funds and they never reach my account. Yet I still have a balance offer. Isn't this call fraud? I took loan out on 6/26 and as of 7/5 not received a dime, yet I owe them total amount of flex loan. Basically they are playing me for a chump. Ty Advance you are great people.
