Ordered product for Mother's day gift. Now it is 20+ business days later and still no delivered product. Only support response is to blame the virus and US shipping. From the tracking information the product did not come into the US for 15+ days and has been sitting in California for the last 10 days. Now support will not even respond to emails demanding a refund of some sort. User's recommendation: Do not order from this site.
