Never receive my refund on my tv

I call back in Nov 2019 with am issue with my TV. I was told to take it and recycle it and get a receipt and send it which I did. Jan2020 sent emails finally someone responded and said they are behind due to holiday and I should be receiving it soon. I still yet have received my refund for my to. And no one is responding to my emails.
