All of these overseas companies from China seem to have several things in common, i find that the very nice pictures of the outfits are on almost every last website that has complaints also they don't want to give a full refund but they all want to give 20% back. The wording from their emails are not very professional nor business like. (I did go to the post office to take an item back to one of these online clothing stores and was told that it would cost half of what the merchandise is worth to send back. In my case it would have been $24, I only paid $43 and some change). I will never order from these compaines again. they all seem to be coming from the same business but using different names. Hopefully everyone here used Paypal, if you cant resolve the issue with these companies Paypal will step in. If no resolution to resolve the issue PayPal will reimburse you if you are found to be in the right, good luck!
