Never Order but charged

I have not ordered this item but was charged for it. Did not even receive the product I was suppose to have ordered. My monthly statement shows it was ordered and was charged on my card. Have not be able to get customer support to get this matter resolved. I want my $48.90 back . Nor have I received this item I was charged for to begin with. This is very wrong.
