Never join-fraudsters cheating customers

Hi, I'm looking for Retro customer service.can you please forward the contact details of retro customer support.(please don't send abc finance support details,they are 3rd party). I recently registered at retro fitness looking for a month to month contract and i was told that the only offered were 12 and 14 month contracts.The staff is cheating the customers and it's an act of fraud.The staff convinced that i could quit 14 month contract any time and now they say i need to pay my entire 14 month. Later my friend registered on a month-month open contract.So why would they enroll me in a 14 month contract when i asked like 10 times for a month-month contract.I need to shift to month-month contract.Even the response from manager and the staff is worse and it's annoying every time i try to reach them.The manager suggests to pay off entire 14 month and then register again for a 14 month contract.Is this a bloody joke? What kind of arrogance is that? Please change my plan or atleast i want to quit. I don't encourage anyone to join a club where they do fraud and cheat customers.What kind of a bizarre corporation is this without any proper support or customer service to reach out to.
