I received no communication from Davita Medical Group at 2121 Juan Tabo that i no longer have my medical service there,No Doctor anymore nothing because they are CLOSED. I found out when i went there because there message was they would answer in approx. 4 minutes but never did because they weren't there!!!!!! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW RATE CARE CLINIC.
