I bought a package and the VIP service. Then they said they were too busy to work the program properly. I called 2 times and came in and was promised each time a manager would call.NO CALL EVER CAME. I then called customer service and they also promised me a call from the manager. Still no call. Why did I spend the money on VIP or this is how you are treated. I have to wait weeks between a service that should be done 2 days apart. I am disappointed on the customer care. Idoubtful Dhope I do not lose the benefi User's recommendation: Doubtful.
