Never had to deal with such horrible insurance

Absolutely irresponsible and a waste of money customer service is crap they never answer you. It is July 3rd my car is in the shop getting fixed I pay full coverage and they took 2 days to call me back to get me in a rental once they gave me a confirmation number to get a rental I arrive at the rental place and they have no idea what I'm talking about and of course this company doesn't answer my calls!!!!
