Never got reimbursed for my lost money order. I build-out the last request form over three months ago and they said it had been redeemed but I still haven’t received payment for it yet.

My name is Tammi Terrell and I purchase a money order June 22nd 2020 the money order was lost in the mail. I filled out a money order refund request form on July 7th. I called to check the status and it said that it had been redeemed on August 4th but i never received the payment for it yet and it's been over 3 months.
