I called to order a washer and dryer I was told I was going to get it in one week merchandise never came and no phone call either. I called they told me maybe next week I said ok 1 month passed they finally called me saying that my washer came and it was going to be delivered on Wednesday . Wednesday passed I called on Friday asking for a refund its unacceptable how stores or people selling on the stores they lie to customers just to sell products. This is my first time having a bad experience from PC RICHARDSON
