Never got my food

First off I do not blame the restaurant. They made it better by refunding the money, but the driver called our receptionist and insisted she left the food in the lobby at our address. We checked out back and at the businesses next door. No food. 2 hours later money back but empty belly. Will not use their service again since they cannot admit that they messed up. User's recommendation: Pick it up yourself. Cut out the $5+ delivery fee and make sure you get your lunch.
