Never got my deposit back

NEVER GOT MY 200 DOLLAR DEPOSIT BACK. I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUNDTHIS IS HOW ENTERPRISE DOES Business I Always THOUGHT THEY WERE THE DIAMOND OF ALL CALL RENTALS . I AM 65 IT'S A PANDEMIC AND I NEED THAT 200 ...NO PHONE CALL BACK AND NO REFUND....NOT ACCEPTABLE....???? User's recommendation: Really.....

》 Very poor service from corporate level all the way down to the rental location. They took money out of my account without authorization from, this is theft.

》 Lies, more lies and excuses, do not do business with Mr. Lillie or associates if you expect even a penny.

》 Stranded without my rental reservation

》 Some one used a fake license with my license number. and someone else’s name on it
