booked international flt in 2019 for travel in 2020 but could not use tix due to border closing due to covid-19. was promised in writing a refund upon payment of $820 refund fee... paid fee but NEVER got refund. company unresponsive and evasive..... do not ever book w/ these people NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER
