Never Filled Order and Flippant Attitude

I placed an order with E.L.F. After about 3 weeks of waiting, I went back and noticed that after the order confirmation (w/order number) I never received any further communication. I tried to login and it showed no orders in my record. When I contacted them they said "Thank you for your order with E.L.F Cosmetics. Unfortunately, your order has been lost in transit. We have issued a refund on your credit card and are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." I wrote back and asked them why they didn't want to fulfill the order and they said, " We are not able to reship your product at the current time, due to increased order volume. Feel free to replace your order at your convenience." I was dumbfounded that there was a company out there that couldn't give a #@$% about selling products. I'm not sure about this "lost in transit" crap,, but they should have communicated if that happened. I guess basically they can't be bothered to actually sell products and provide customer service.
