Dogtra is the place where you can order special collars for your dog. I ordered one too and it broke after 2 days of wearing. Contacted their customer service and that's how our conversation looked like: I: telling about my problem, asking what to do CS: ok, where did you buy the collar? I: from the website CS: what is the order number I: so and so... CS: where did you buy a collar? I: telling you, from the website directly Then he started to ask absolutely stupid questions about whether I paid for it or not (of course I did, how was I supposed to receive it without paying?), whether my dog wore it or not (of course, I said to him it broke after two days of wearing, and I bought the collar for wearing, not to hang it on the wall); he asked me do I actually know how to use it? Why would someone ask these questions? I felt so stupid. I decided to stop this nonsense and requested a refund. He gave me the phone number and quickly hung up on me. Unfortunately, nobody picked up the phone. It was the terrible evening they put me in a bad mood with their treatment. This employee chose a teacher's tone and talked to me as if I was super stupid and the non-working collar was my fault. No, it wasn't. Maybe it's you who should provide a great quality?
