I bought a set of trekking poles from Coleman and when they arrived one of the was missing the rubber tip . After several go rounds with their don't care customer service department I will never tell anyone to by anything with the coleman name on it. They refuse to make good on my purhase, which was directly from them by the way. They sold me a defective product and I am sure they would you to
