bought a dehumidifier cost RM1,000++ in January 2018 and it's spoiled in December 2019. sent to service center in Malaysia, told need to pay RM45 to inspect what is the cause and if the machine has no spare part, they can't do anything. the service representative not attentive and not helpful at all. when read through the reviews by customers, mostly bad comments. we dare not send in for repair as most customers said not feedback from them at all and yourself need to call and check and follow up with them like a crazy people.
