NEVER EVER ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH GENRIC
Called in to claim insurance and upgraded from bronze plan to silver plan. I was informed that the waiting period as an existing customer it would be 30days. Verified with the agent if she was sure I would be covered after 1 month. So today I went to claim for my car to be serviced and then I was told to wait for 3 months. I have spoken to a lady by the name of Thato and was told that I would be fully covered how ever im now getting email that I won'be covered. And the car has been serviced. Im not stuck with a R4500 bill because of the incompetence of the staff at Genric.
