I bought a PC from these guys over 5 years ago. It cost about $2600. Now of course I know that using their Dell Preferred Account I'd end end up paying more than that, but today they told me I still owe over $3000! That can't be, unless the interest rates are far more jacked up than I was ever told. Yes, due to ID theft, unforeseen medical expenses, etc. I did miss a couple of payments; and I sometimes only paid the minimum; but I can''t possibly still owe $3000 after 6 years! How do I get them off my back???!!!
