I ordered 2 extention parts for a new faucet in late January from this company. After five days without seeing that it had shipped, I contacted them by email to ask when it would be shipped and found out that it was going to be at least 2 weeks. I immediately cancelled the order via email. A month later the parts arrived and i found out I had been charged. Trying to resolve this via their customer service was a nightmare. They tried to tell me I cancelled too late to stop the order even though the fed ex statement showed it was shipped on Feb 21st, three weeks AFTER I cancelled the order. I came away with the impression that they were going to hold on to my money at any cost! Will definitely not do business with this company again.
