I had to pay $650. out of pocket. Toco only paid $100. They say thew will cover a certain part, but if that part is made up of other parts they will not cover those other parts. How do they get away with this? If the A.C. is not working should they not cover everything concerning the A.C. --- but no they won't. I am going to cancel them and do not recommend this scam of a company. I may also call the Attorney General in California and see what they have to say about the complaints against this company. Vehicle is under 100K. Also, the BBB shows they to be A-plus but those are the folks that work for the company who write all that wonderful stuff about this company.
